The length of a session depends on each person, but generally
is between 45 minutes and one hour.
Your first appointment will last a little over an hour to provide time for
a simple health evaluation and brief paperwork. Depending on your
individual needs, it is generally recommended that you receive at least
one session per week for 4 to 10 weeks. Cost per appointment lowers by
up to 30% by purchasing a series.

24 hours advance notice is appreciated when canceling your appointment.
No-shows and less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge. In
an effort to provide the best service for you and all clients, please arrive
on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened to accommodate
following appointments. Thank you!
